WE UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY SITUATION HAS UNIQUE CLEANING NEEDS.
FEEL FREE TO EMAIL OR CALL US WITH ANY SPECIFICS.

When You Call, Please Have the Following:

WHAT HAPPENED

We will need a general idea of what occurred and the state of the property so that we are able to be properly prepared for the cleanup. This way, we will know what equipment is necessary and can discuss any potential concerns in advance. All information you provide us with will be confidential.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

To begin the cleanup process, we will require permission from the next of kin or authorized representative as well as physical access to the property. If you do not wish to return to the site you can provide us with the key and signed permission before we arrive at the scene.

LOCATION ADDRESS

We will need to know the location of the site that needs to be cleaned. Without this information, we will not be able to send a team. An accurate address with house numbers and zip codes ensures that our team will be able to arrive promptly. Serving: Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, and Louisiana.

RELATIONSHIP

It is necessary for us to have permission from the next of kin or authorized representative. Without this approval, we are not permitted to begin the biohazard cleanup. As long as the proper paperwork is provided, this person is not required to be present when our team arrives.

INSURANCE

We understand that financing our aftermath trauma or disinfection services may be a source of concern or stress. Typically, insurance (home, auto or business) is able to cover the cost of our services. We work directly with the insurance companies and understand policy coverage.  However, if you are unable to provide us with this information over the phone, you can provide it when we arrive on site. If you need help finding insurance we can help. We will submit the before, during, and after photos to the insurance company for you. If you don’t have insurance, 50% is needed of the estimate before work begins.
